Re:Invent receives ISAE 3402 certification.

We are proud to announce that Re:Invent has received the ISAE 3402 statement as of 28 June 2022. A great milestone.

Building owners increasingly outsource the integral management of buildings to Re:Invent in order to provide better services to users in buildings. We are very pleased that our clients trust us and we want to keep that trust. That is why we like to have our internal management processes checked by external experts. The external audit resulted in a positive assessment. Re:Invent is now ISAE 3402-certified.

ISAE 3402 is an international standard for reporting on outsourced processes. This standard provides assurance about the quality of the internal processes and control measures related to the services provided by a service organisation.

Because more and more services in buildings are offered as digital services, demonstrable control over processes is becoming increasingly important for building owners in their choice of a sound management. Themes such as data security, fraud prevention (Know Your Customer) and the protection of personal data are particularly important in this respect.

For all subjects, we work together with building owners to improve the quality of services in buildings. This policy can be summarised in the mission to 'know what is happening in your building'. With Re:Invent, we like to make this possible. And we prove it with our ISAE 3402 certification.
